AMI MARINE located in Lane Cove NSW and with offices around Australia is seeking to employ an experienced Internal Sales and Store person to join their small friendly Sydney team. This position will see the successful applicant working for Australia’s leading specialist marine equipment wholesaler.
The successful applicant will be required to:
- Conduct Internal Sales and support external sales people
- Process orders
- Receive inwards & outwards goods
- Loading of stock into stores
- Picking and packing client orders from stock
- Entering information into our computer system
- Preparing orders for courier pick-up
- Liaising with freight providers
- Complying with OH&S requirements
- Keeping warehouse area clean and tidy
If you have an outgoing personality and are seeking a position where you are able to take ownership of your role then this is your perfect opportunity.
To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience in a similar position
- Marine Industry (boating) experience preferred
- Able to complete a police probity assessment
- Possess a current NSW drivers license
- Computer operating experience
- A high level of communication skills and professionalism in your presentation
