Sales Administration Assistant

A great opportunity has become available at AMI’s O’Connor office for a Sales Administration Assistant to join our growing sales team. This important position supports the sales team; using their customer service skills over the phone and email, answering general customer enquiries, compile quotations and process customer orders, and other general day to day administration tasks.

This is a full time role (after successful completion of 3 month probation), with salary in alignment with market rates, and pathways for advancement. After the qualifying period AMI also offers additional 10 paid Well Being Days a year, to be taken between February and November, at a rate of one per month and at an agreed time with your manager. And be eligible for the company annual performance bonus.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate and reliable, with a polite and professional phone manner.
