Admin and Service Coordinator

AMI Sales is a Marine Service/Wholesale Distributor in Australia, Singapore, and Vietnam.

We are currently looking for someone to join the team in our O’Connor Office (Head Office) to take on the role in Admin with a focus on Service/Warranty Support.

Preferred hours 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday but have some flexibility.

Your duties in this role, but not limited to:

  • Liaise with technicians and sales staff
  • Communicate with supplier’s majority by email
  • Creating Requisitions for service work to meet required time frame
  • Compile costs, allocate stock and create job invoices
  • Process credits
  • General data entry

Ideally you will:

  • Work in a team and autonomously
  • Must be able to multitask and understand priorities
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have high attention to detail
  • Understand general business procedures

Background or interest in the marine industry an advantage but not essential. If you don’t have the experience but willing to learn then please apply.
