The Duralene® rigid track bends perfectly in all boat directions by hand — no pre-heating, no special tools required. Available in 2 m bars, it installs quickly with standard screws or rivets.

The soft PVC insert is supplied in continuous reels custom-cut to size, eliminating joints and reducing assembly time by 70% compared to traditional profiles.

Fitting steps — detailed

Fix the rigid track
Cold screw or rivet the Duralene® rigid track with no special tools. The track bends perfectly in all boat directions by hand — no heating required. On sizes 30, 40 and 52 mm, position screws or rivets in the central part of the track; on sizes 65 and 80 mm, position them on the external "wings" of the track.

Install the soft insert
The soft insert is cold fitted for sizes 30, 40 and 52 mm. For sizes 65 and 80 mm, pre-heating is necessary before insertion. Begin from the transom, and at approximately every metre, lengthen the insert by 2–3 cm to ensure the stretching is even and perfect along the full length of the boat.

Finish with caps
Fix the extremities of the profile with one or two screws and finish with the end caps or joint caps, which must partially overcome the end of the profile (they must not be fixed on its side).
